Development Journey
Development on the SaaS software solution started in 2011, built on a custom Internet Protocol that commenced development in 1996. This protocol uses RPC (Remote Procedure Calls) and has evolved over time, which is why WorkflowPoint.NOS is exceptionally "snappy" when displaying data or navigating through the application.
The solution has been used commercially since 2014 by Novus Glass, Australia. It's also used by Western Australia's largest insurance company to obtain Novus Glass' KPIs and track all claims.
Over the years, WorkflowPoint.NOS has processed over 200,000 jobs and continues to operate reliably across 90+ branches nationwide. All user authentication is secured using OAuth2 for enhanced security and peace of mind.
